-Aaro has Great feet, never shod, stands well for farrier, no stocks.

-Stands, ties, bathes, loads quietly.

-Very respectful, near bottom of totem pole in herd. He is currently in with a blind pony who he is wonderful with.

-He has never known his size. Anyone can stand behind him without the fear of being kicked or stepped on.

-Trained to ride starting at age 4.5. He’s been trained in nothing more than a halter with side pulls and a bareback pad. He’s been ridden in an indoor arena, outdoor arena and around the boarding property with other animals around. He has approximately 100 rides on him, none of them over 30 minutes each. He hasn’t been ridden recently due to the weather but, he should pick up everything right back up.

Owner has health issues so she has to keep him at a walk because it’s easy for her to lose her balance. He is quite happy at just a walking pace. If he does spook, it’s a quick stop in place and then he catches his “bearings” and we are good to go again. He is very safe. He would make a great police mount or therapy horse.

-The vet was out this last Saturday, March 23rd for float, coggins and vaccinations. He was also dewormed recently. His feet are done on schedule every 6 weeks.
